89. Orders made under Articles [F153,] 60[F2, 60A], 66, 81 and 85(1) and regulations made under Article 29(4) [F3or 46A] shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament and section 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946F4 shall apply accordingly.
