SCHEDULE N.I. THE UNIVERSITY COMMISSIONERS FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

Tenure of office N.I.

2.—(1) A person may at any time by notice in writing to the Department resign his office as Commissioner. N.I.

(2) If the Department is satisfied that a Commissioner is unable or unfit to discharge the functions of a Commissioner the Department may by notice in writing to the Commissioner remove him from office.
