The Department may make regulations enabling teachers in grant-aided schools or institutions of further education or colleges of education to interchange duty with teachers from any country outside Northern Ireland and such regulations may, in connection with any period of interchange, make such provision as the Department considers appropriate in relation to such teachers as are specified in the regulations.
