The Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986

Regulations N.I.

134 .F1 —F2 (1) The Department may make all such regulations as it is required or empowered to make under[F3 the Education Orders] or as appear to it to be necessary or proper for giving full effect to[F3 the Education Orders].

(2) All regulations under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.
