7. The [1970 c. 13 (N.I.)] Social Need (Grants) Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and paragraph (a) of Article 5 of the [1975 NI 2] Community Relations (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1975 are hereby repealed.
