Identification of pedal cyclists N.I.

178.  A constable may require anyF1 . . . cyclist who appears to him to have committed an offence under[F1 Article 42, 43 or 44 of the Order of 1995] to give his correct name and address, and if that person fails to do so he shall be guilty of an offence under this Order.
