Bankruptcy, etc., of insured persons not to affect certain claims by third-partiesN.I.

100.  When a certificate of insurance has been delivered under Article 92(4), to the person by whom a policy has been effected, the happening in relation to any person insured by the policy of any [F1event which results in that person being a relevant person for the purposes of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010] , shall, notwithstanding anything in that Act, not affect any such liability of that person as is, by virtue of Article 92(1)( b), required to be covered by a policy, but nothing in this Article shall affect any rights against the insurer conferred by [F2that Act] on the person to whom the liability was incurred.
