Bankruptcy, etc., of insured persons not to affect certain claims by third-partiesN.I.

100.  When a certificate of insurance has been delivered under Article 92(4), to the person by whom a policy has been effected, the happening in relation to any person insured by the policy of any such event as is mentioned in section 1(1) of the Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act (Northern Ireland) 1930 [1930 c.19] , shall, notwithstanding anything in that Act, not affect any such liability of that person as is, by virtue of Article 92(1)( b), required to be covered by a policy, but nothing in this Article shall affect any rights against the insurer conferred by the said Act of 1930 on the person to whom the liability was incurred.
