a certified copy of, or of any part of, any valuation list, or of any document such as is mentioned in Article 47(1)( b), shall be taken to be a true copy of the list, or part of the list, or document in question; and

a document purporting to be such a copy as is mentioned in paragraph ( a) shall be deemed to be such a copy.
