Provision of residential accommodation for officers N.I.

46.  The Ministry may provide, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed, residential accommodation for—

(a) officers employed for the purposes of any of its functions under this Order [F1 or the 2009 Act];

(b) officers employed by a voluntary organisation for the purposes of any services provided under this Order [F2 or the 2009 Act].
