advising F3the Department and the Regional Agency on the administration of health care in relation to the provision of facilities for undergraduate or post-graduate clinical teaching or for research, and

advising F4the Department , the Regional Agency and the university or universities concerned on any matter of common interest to them.

constitute such a University Liaison Committee;

provide for the exercise by that Committee of such functions as may be specified in the order;

apply to that Committee any provision of this Order F2or the 2009 Act, subject to the modifications (if any) specified in the order;

provide for the winding-up and dissolution of that Committee;

make such other provision in connection with that Committee as the Ministry thinks fit.
