Benefits under civil service superannuation schemes not assignable N.I.

7.—(1) Any assignment of or charge on, and any agreement to assign or charge, any benefit payable under a scheme made under Article 3 shall be void.

(2) Nothing in paragraph (1) shall affect the powers of a court under[F1 Article 283 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989].
