15. Article 14 (except paragraph (5)) shall apply in relation to—
(a)orders under section 4 of the Constabulary and Police (Ireland) Act 1919 [1919 c.68] (as applied to members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary by section 2 of the Constabulary Act (Northern Ireland) 1922 [1922 c.8] , extended by the Constabulary (Pensions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1949 [1949 c.9] and continued by section 33(2) of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 [1970 c.9] );
(b)regulations under the Special Constables Act 1914 [1914 c.6] (as applied to members of the Ulster Special Constabulary by section 8 of the Constabulary Act (Northern Ireland) 1922 [1922 c.8] and continued by section 33(2) of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 1970);
[F1(c)regulations relating to pensions under section 25 or 26 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998]
as it applies in relation to regulations under Article 9, 11 or 12.
