Notice of decisions against which an appeal lies6

A person with a right of appeal under these Regulations against any decision of the Director shall be given—
a
written notice of the decision against which the appeal lies, together with a written statement of the reasons for that decision; and
b
written notice of his right of appeal against that decision.
