229. In section 1(5), omit paragraph (a).
230. In section 2(3)(h), omit “the Regional Board,”.
231. In section 6(1), omit paragraph (a).
232. Omit sections 7 and 8 and the italic heading before section 7.
233. In section 9, omit subsections (1), (3)(b), (6)(b) and (7).
234. Omit sections 10 and 11.
235. In section 13(6)(b)—

(b)for “they” substitute “it”;
