I1142Privacy for children in proceedings
In Article 170 of the Children Order (privacy for children in specified proceedings), after paragraph (9) insert—
9A
It is not a contravention of this Article to—
a
enter material in the Northern Ireland Adoption and Children Act Register (established under section 144 of the Adoption and Children Act (Northern Ireland) 2022; or
b
permit persons to search and inspect that register pursuant to regulations made under section 149 of that Act.
