The Child Abduction (Northern Ireland) Order 1985N.I.
9. Paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 does not affect the Schedule to the Child Abduction (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 in its application to a child who is the subject of—N.I.
(a)an order under Article 17 or 18 of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 freeing the child for adoption;
(b)a pending application for such an order; or
(c)a pending application for an order under Article 12 of that Order.
