in the definition of “Northern Irish adoption agency” for “Article 3 of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/2203 (N.I. 22))” substitute “section 2 of the Adoption and Children Act (Northern Ireland) 2022”

in the definition of “Northern Irish adoption order” after “Order 1987” insert “or an adoption order within the meaning of section 43(1) of the Adoption and Children Act (Northern Ireland) 2022”
