I1I26Extension of “drinking-up time”

In Article 46 of the Licensing Order (exceptions from prohibition of sale etc. of intoxicating liquor outside permitted hours), in paragraph (1), in each of sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), for “30 minutes” substitute “60 minutes”.

After paragraph (3) of that Article insert—

Regulations may modify paragraph (1)(a) or (b) so as to substitute “30 minutes” for “60 minutes”.

Regulations may not be made under paragraph (4) unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Assembly.
