I1I29Places of public entertainment: inclusion of cinemas

In Article 2 of the Licensing Order (interpretation), in paragraph 2—
a
in the definition of “places of public entertainment”, after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
- aa
premises used as a cinema;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“cinema” means any place which is used primarily and ordinarily for a film exhibition within the meaning of Article 2 of the Cinemas (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and the use of which for such exhibitions is licensed under Article 3 of that Order;

In Article 42(3) of the Licensing Order (general permitted hours) before “a theatre” insert “a cinema,”.
