Fraud compensation36
(1)
The Department may by regulations modify Articles 165 to 170 of the 2005 Order (fraud compensation) as they apply in relation to—
(a)
Master Trust schemes;
(b)
schemes to which some or all of the provisions of this Part apply by virtue of section 40.
(2)
Regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution.
