Triggering event: duties of trustees20

If a triggering event occurs in relation to a Master Trust scheme, the trustees must—

(a)

comply with the notification requirements applicable to them (see section 22),

(b)

comply with the requirements of section 23 (continuity options), and

(c)

comply with the requirements of section 26 (approval of implementation strategy).
