Repeal of the Civil Service Commissioners (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order in Council 20072

(1)

In article 3 of the Civil Service Commissioners (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (selection on merit)—

(a)

in paragraph (3) omit sub-paragraph (d) (and the “or” preceding it); and

(b)

in paragraph (4) omit the words after “paragraph (2)(b)”

(2)

In consequence of subsection (1), the Civil Service Commissioners (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order in Council 2007 is repealed.
