5—(1) Article 15 is amended as follows.N.I.
(2) In paragraph (1) for “the child's parent informing him” substitute “ the child (if the child is over compulsory school age) or the parent of the child (in any other case) informing that person ”.
(3) In paragraph (1)(d) for “the parent's” substitute “that person's”.
(4) In paragraph (4) omit “to the child's parent” and at the end insert
“to—
(a)the child, if the child is over compulsory school age, or
(b)the parent of the child in any other case.”.
(5) In paragraph (6) omit “to the child's parent” and at the end insert
“to—
(a)the child, if the child is over compulsory school age, or
(b)the parent of the child in any other case.”.
