(1)
This section applies where the Ombudsman has obtained documents or evidence under section 31(1) by virtue of section 32(2).
(2)
A report made by the Ombudsman under sections 43 to 46—
(a)
may disclose that documents or evidence of this nature were obtained, but
(b)
must not disclose the content of those documents or that evidence.
