The Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman1

There is to be a Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (in this Act “the Ombudsman”).
(2)
The principal purpose of the Ombudsman is to investigate alleged maladministration in listed authorities.
(3)
Schedule 1 makes further provision about the Ombudsman.
