3. In section 117(8)—
(a)for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—
“(b)the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman;”,
(b)in paragraph (i) after “above” in the first place it occurs, insert “, of the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman,”.
