A building where the person managing or having control of it is—
a
the Northern Ireland Policing Board,
b
the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Board, or
c
a health and social care body within the meaning of section 1(5) of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009.

A building where the person managing it is—
a
the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, or
b
a housing association registered under Part 2 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.
