In section 73 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (arrangements for lay visitors to visit designated places of detention)—

(a)

in subsections (1), (3)(a) and (4)(a) omit “designated”;

(b)

for subsections (9) and (10) substitute—

“(9)

In this section “place of detention” means a police station at which persons are detained””
