SCHEDULE 3 THE PRISON OMBUDSMAN

Interpretation

16.  In this Schedule “financial year” means—

(a) the period beginning with the day on which section 47(1) comes into operation and ending on 31st March 2017; and

(b) any subsequent period of 12 months ending on 31st March.
