Provision of information and facilities
Provision of facilities by HSC trusts and the Department291
(1)
An HSC trust must provide to a relevant authority such facilities as are necessary to enable the relevant authority to perform its functions under this Act.
(2)
In subsection (1) “relevant authority” means—
(a)
the High Court;
(b)
the Public Guardian; or
(c)
the Tribunal.
(3)
The Department must provide, to the Tribunal, such facilities as are necessary to enable the Tribunal to perform its functions under this Act.
