Declarations
The court's power to make declarations112
(1)
The court may make declarations in relation to a person who is 16 or over as toβ
(a)
whether the person has or lacks capacity to make a decision specified in the declaration;
(b)
whether the person has or lacks capacity to make decisions on a matter described in the declaration;
(c)
the lawfulness or otherwise of any act done, or yet to be done, in relation to the person.
(2)
In this section βactβ includes an omission and a course of conduct.
