20.—(1) Article 34 (minors under guardianship, etc) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)for “a person who has not attained the age of 18 years” substitute “a patient”;
(b)for “such a person” substitute “a patient”.
(3) Omit paragraph (3).
