16.—(1) Article 30 (special provisions as to patients absent without leave) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) omit—
(a)“or subject to guardianship”;
(b)the second “or subject”.
(3) In paragraph (2)—
(a)omit “or subject to guardianship”;
(b)for “, 13 or 23” substitute “or 13”.
(4) In paragraph (3) omit “or guardianship”.
