13.—(1) Article 27 (duty of authority to give information to patients and nearest relatives) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) omit—
(a)each “or subject to guardianship”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (b) “or guardianship”;
(c)“or the commencement or renewal of the authority for his guardianship”.
(3) In paragraph (2) omit—
(a)each “or subject to guardianship”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (a)(i) “, 24”;
(c)“or his reception into guardianship”.
(4) In paragraph (4)—
(a)omit “or subject to guardianship”;
(b)for “the patient,” substitute “the patient and”;
(c)omit the words from “and, in” to “guardian of the patient”.
