15. In this Act—
“the 1969 Act” means the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969;
“the 1985 Order” means the Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985;
“the Department” means the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment;
“statutory provision” has the meaning given by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.
