Statutory shared parental pay: correction of references25

(1)

Part 12ZC of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (statutory shared parental pay) is amended as follows.

section 167ZV(2)(a), and

(b)

section 167ZX(2)(a),

for “(2)(h) or, as the case may be, (4)(i)” substitute “ (2)(g) or, as the case may be, (4)(h) ”.

(a)
