7  The Commissioner may make arrangements for securing the provision to the Commissioner of such assistance by persons employed in— N.I.

(a) the civil service of the United Kingdom; or

(b) the civil service of Northern Ireland,

as the Commissioner considers appropriate for or in connection with the exercise of the Commissioner's functions.
