SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS: SINGLE JURISDICTION

The Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878 (c. 52)

33.—(1) In section 2 (interpretation) omit the definition of “court of quarter sessions”.

(2) In section 269 (appeals) for subsection (1) substitute—

“(1) The appeal shall be made to the county court.”
