116.—(1) In Article 9 (drug treatment orders) omit—
(a)paragraph (6);
(b)paragraph (9)(b) and the word “or” immediately before it;
(c)paragraph (10).
(2) In Article 10(9)(b) (periodic review of orders) for the words from “resident magistrate” to the end substitute “district judge (magistrates’ courts)”.
