Form and content of notices, reports, certificates etc.118
The Department may by regulations make provision as to—
(a)
the form and content of any notice required under this Act,
(b)
the form of any written statement by a supervising engineer, or any report or certificate by an inspecting engineer or other qualified engineer or a construction engineer, under this Act.
