55  In section 132 (annual up-rating of benefits), in subsection (3A), for “the abolition date (as defined in section 176(1) of the Pensions Act)” substitute “ 7 June 2012 (the date appointed for the commencement of section 13(1) of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2008) ”. N.I.
