Section 48BB (Category B retirement pension: entitlement by reference to widowed parent's allowance or bereavement allowance where no dependent children) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “who has attained pensionable age” substitute “ who attained pensionable age before 6 April 2016 ”.

In subsection (3), for “who has attained pensionable age” substitute “ who attained pensionable age before 6 April 2016 ”.
