Section 10: Slavery and trafficking reparation orders

Section 10 gives effect to Schedule 2 to the Act which makes provision for courts in Northern Ireland to be able to impose slavery and trafficking reparation orders, under which offenders convicted of a slavery-like or trafficking offence under sections 1, 2 or 4 of the Act would be required by the courts to pay reparation to his or her victim.
