In Article 15 of the Work and Families (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, (power by regulations to make provision conferring right, except in prescribed cases, to prescribed amount of annual leave in each leave year), in paragraph (6), for the words from “shall—” to the end substitute “shall not be made unless a draft has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Assembly”.
