              ”</InlineAmendment>.</Text></P2para></P2></P1para></P1></P1group><P1group RestrictStartDate="2015-04-01"><Title>Discount on rates on dwellings</Title><P1 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nia/2014/6/section/6" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/nia/2014/6/section/6" id="section-6"><Pnumber PuncAfter=""><CommentaryRef Ref="key-16bb2f54f4aa04ccab9de46a2680b7c2"/>6</Pnumber><P1para><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nia/2014/6/section/6/1" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/nia/2014/6/section/6/1" id="section-6-1"><Pnumber>1</Pnumber><P2para><Text>Article 30 of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (discount on rates on dwellings) is amended as follows.</Text></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nia/2014/6/section/6/2" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/nia/2014/6/section/6/2" id="section-6-2"><Pnumber>2</Pnumber><P2para><Text>After paragraph (2) insert—</Text><BlockAmendment TargetClass="unknown" TargetSubClass="unknown" Context="unknown" Format="default"><P2><Pnumber>2ZA</Pnumber><P2para><Text>An allowance shall be granted in accordance with paragraph (2ZC) to any person entitled to possession of a hereditament to which paragraph (2ZB) applies who pays the net amount due on account of a rate in respect of that hereditament in a single sum before such date as the Department may notify to him.</Text></P2para></P2><P2><Pnumber>2ZB</Pnumber><P2para><Text>This paragraph applies to a hereditament in the capital value list in respect of which rates are chargeable under Article 25A where the hereditament is a hereditament which—</Text><P3><Pnumber>a</Pnumber><P3para><Text>is not in use; and</Text></P3para></P3><P3><Pnumber>b</Pnumber><P3para><Text>is a hereditament which the Department considers will, when next in use, be a dwelling-house or, though not a dwelling-house, will be used partly for the purposes of a private dwelling; and</Text></P3para></P3><P3><Pnumber>c</Pnumber><P3para><Text>is not the subject of an agreement under Article 21.</Text></P3para></P3></P2para></P2><P2><Pnumber>2ZC</Pnumber><P2para><Text>The allowance shall be by way of a discount of 4% on the amount payable on account of the rate as is computed by reference to the rateable capital value of the hereditament.</Text></P2para></P2></BlockAmendment><AppendText>.</AppendText></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nia/2014/6/section/6/3" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/nia/2014/6/section/6/3" id="section-6-3"><Pnumber>3</Pnumber><P2para><Text>In paragraph (2A) after  “(2)” insert <InlineAmendment>“
