3 In section 8 (direct payments)—N.I.
(a)in subsection (2)(a) for “personal social service” substitute “ social care service ”; and
(b)after subsection (7) insert—
“(8) In this section “social care service” means a service designed to secure any of the objects of section 2(1)(b) of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009.”.
