I17Appeal against the making of an order under section 5 or 6

Any person aggrieved by an order made by a court of summary jurisdiction under section 5 or 6 may, within the period of 21 days from the day the order is made, appeal against the order to the county court in accordance with magistrates' courts rules.
2
Where an order is made under section 5 or 6, the order shall not have effect—
a
until the period mentioned in subsection (1) has expired; or
b
if the order is the subject of an appeal, until the appeal has been determined or withdrawn.
