10.  In Article 68 (inspection of premises), in paragraph (2)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) section 16 of the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014;”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (e), for “(d)” substitute “(da)”.
