In Article 2(2) at the appropriate places in alphabetical order insert the following definition—

  • “the Authority” means the Education Authority;

In Article 2(2) for the definition of “the funding departments” substitute—

“the funding departments” has the meaning given by section 6(1) of the Education Act (Northern Ireland) 2014;
